RemoteViewer
Some Star Lords have harvested and bred their populations for psychic abilities, and the RemoteViewer is one result. The RemoteViewer can target one space anywhere on the map. Once they target, the area surrounding that space is visible, within the radius of the RemoteViewer's View Range, as long as the RemoteViewer remains alive. Once a RemoteViewer selects its target space, it cannot be changed!
Because the RemoteViewers use mental abilities to "see" into the space, nebula does not hide objects from their sight.
Because the psychics aboard the RemoteViewer require piece and solitude, these StarShips move at maximum rate of 3 Engines.
