InkSpot

InkSpots contain specialized tracking sensors that they use to coat enemy StarShips next to them.  Any StarShip next to an InkSpot is "tagged".  The owner of the InkSpot can now see the details of the "tagged" StarShip, including its type, Engines, and primary system ratings.  Additionally, the "tagged" StarShip always remains visible, even when it is outside Scanner range.

InkSpots also contain an advanced Evasive Maneuvering system, which causes them to automatically move away from enemy StarShips that are next to them.
