Elite

Elites function exactly like WarShips, with a couple of very important differences.  First, whenever an Elite destroys an enemy StarShip, the Elite's Weapons rating is increased by1.  Secondly, cloaked Elites are not automatically visible to your allies (with Alliance level of Intelligence or higher), like your other StarShips are.
