Elite

Elites function exactly like WarShips, with a couple of very important differences.  First, as an Elite destroys enemy StarShips, the Elite's Weapons rating increases.  Secondly, cloaked Elites are not automatically visible to your allies (with Alliance level of Intelligence or higher), like your other StarShips are.
