CloakDetector

CloakDetectors have a "Detector Range", a range within which they can detect the presence of cloaked enemy StarShips.  When cloaked enemy StarShips are moving within the Detector Range, the CloakDetector pulses, and exhibits visual cues that point to the direction of the cloaked enemies.  The CloakDetector will display up to 8 arrows, which point to the directions where the enemy StarShip(s) were detected.
